Instructions for e-Poster Presentations

If your abstract is accepted, you will receive further information on how to submit your e-Poster. E-Posters will be available online at the CVOT Summit 2024 website during the meeting. E-Posters will have no specific presentation date and time.

Please submit your e-Poster as a single page in A4 format and portrait orientation.

• Language: the e-Poster should be submitted in English.
• File format: PDF AND JPEG
• File size: the total size (PDF and JPEG files together) should not exceed 20 MB
• E-Poster size in pixel (JPEG file): 1920 width x 2716 height – portrait orientation
• E-Poster format: a single page in A4 format portrait orientation.
• Prior to submission please make sure that your e-Poster is in high quality (no blurred pictures)

All accepted abstracts will be published in the Journal “Diabetes, Metabolism and the Heart”.

Moreover, the Executive Committee will award a prize to the best 3 posters.
